Skin Care Tips for beginner..

We all want healthy skin. Yet we not welling to invest on skin care product.

Now..You don't need to spend all your savings to get that latest miracle beauty product in order to achieve healthy results. What you do need is to change your daily habits toward a more natural way of treating skin and keeping it healthy and attractive.

These skin care tips provide a good set of guidelines on keeping your skin healthy and at its best each day, every day.


1. Use sun protection daily and try to stay out of the sun when the sun is at its strongest (usually between 11am - 2pm).


2. Don't smoke and limit your exposure to passive smoking. Smoking affects the amount of oxygen your blood cells carry around your body, and we need oxygen to maintain healthy cells and healthy skin at that.


3. Avoid stress. Yes, this skin care tip is easier said than done - but most of us know that when we suffer from stress our skin is adversely affected. Minimize stress by exercising regularly and get a good night's sleep at least most nights, if not every night.


4. Maintain a balanced diet, including fruits and vegetables. Although there have been no documented studies to prove that eating certain foods directly affects your skin care, It just makes sense - a healthy body leads to a healthy mind, and chances are you'll have healthy skin!


5. Wash your face twice a day (morning and night), each and every day. Don't over clean it - as you don't want to be stripping your face from its natural oils that you end up over drying it, and resulting in excess oil production.


6. Be emphasized to remove dead skin cells by gently exfoliating your skin regularly - 2-3 times a week is probably ideal. By doing this you'll get the most out of any products you use on your skin afterwards.


7. To keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water which also aids in the removal of toxins from your body.


8. Keep your hands away from your face as much as possible. Your hands come into contact with so many things, contaminating it with dirt and germs, which you don't want to be transferring onto your face. With that in mind wash your hands regularly and don't forget to moisturize them afterward!


9. Wash your pillow case once a week. Dirt, dead skin cells, and debris collect on our pillows from our face and hair, and the air. We spend on average 6-8 hours sleeping each day - that's 6-8 hours each day when our faces are in contact with our pillow case. So keep those pillows clean.


10. Choose the right product for your skin type. Try to stick to products that are based on more natural ingredients. Not only are they better for you but your skin doesn't adapt to it like they do with chemical formulations. This means that through continued use, your skin will still get the benefits from natural ingredients instead of getting used to the chemicals which loose their effect over time.


11. Always take off make-up as soon as it is no longer needed to be worn and before going to bed. Make-up can have disastrous results on the complexion if allowed to clog pores and strip the skin of natural oils. Use a natural soap or natural (alcohol-free) make up remover to thoroughly cleanse skin of any make up residue.

Mine mine first explorence to skin care

hohoho..i never know how important it is and do not know how to take care of my skin before..until i meet with julia!!..She is shock when i do not apply sun block when i going out, and i only using cleansing and toner products only,and also when he realize that i do not eat any supplements foods!

Before this, what I'm thought is I'm still young and still can wait until maybe 25 years old now only to take care of my skin.its still not late yaa..in my thinking loo..
Later than, he slowly explain why should i start my skin care now, why this and why that..now i changing my lazy style..hihi..

For me, it is not necessary to buy an expensive skin care product in the market that being promoted in TV advertising. Sometimes,it is just the same product as in the market,just that company are able to invest lot of money in packaging,shopping mall counter and advertisement compare to others.

The most important in the skin care is to clean your face properly, apply sun block, using toner and applying moisturizing cream everyday,and of course doing facial mask maybe two times per week.

However, u must choose a skin care products that is suitable to your skin type. and replace with other products if u found that the products u using now is not suitable with your skin. Do not throw away the products that is not suitable to your skin but you may using these products in your hands or legs.
